The Role

What you’ll be doing in this remote attorney position in Ft. Wayne:

You will be responsible for handling probate cases, providing expert legal guidance, and representing our clients in Ft. Wayne. Our operational team will support you by handling the non-legal aspects of client relationships, including marketing, client vetting, and financial administration.

In this role, you will:

• Manage all aspects of probate law, including but not limited to, estate administration, wills, trusts, and elder law matters.
• Provide expert advice and support to executors and beneficiaries throughout the probate process.
• Work remotely, primarily focusing on clients within the Ft. Wayne area.

Qualifications

Qualifications for success:

• 2 to 5 years of extensive experience in probate law.
• A strong ethical approach and dedication to client-centered legal service.
• Must be an actively licensed attorney in good standing with the Indiana State Bar.
• Effective case management skills, able to handle multiple cases with high efficiency.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
