Advise high-net-worth and mass affluent clients, craft tax-aware strategies, ensure compliance, and collaborate with product/engineering to improve AI outputs and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in personal financial advisory or private wealth management.
• Ability to build trust with high-net-worth or mass affluent clients.
• Deep knowledge of planning, investment management, retirement planning, and debt management.
• Solid grasp of tax-aware strategies and regulatory frameworks in personal finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CFP, CFA, or equivalent credential required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized financial guidance across budgeting, investments, retirement, and debt management.
• Review client scenarios to inform AI-assisted financial planning tools.
• Provide clear written feedback to improve AI outputs for advisors and clients.
• Explain complex financial concepts in a client-centric, accessible way.
