YO AI Labs is seeking a Personal Financial Advisor (Private Wealth) on a contractor basis to help shape AI-driven financial guidance for high-net-worth clients. You will apply your domain expertise to design real-world input that informs next-generation AI systems.

With 3+ years in personal financial advisory, you’ll translate complex tax-aware strategies into clear steps, maintain regulatory alignment, and build trusted client relationships. CFP or CFA required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in personal financial advisory or private wealth management.
• Build trust with high-net-worth or mass affluent clients.
• Deep knowledge of financial planning, investments, retirement planning, and debt management.
• Tax-aware strategies and regulatory knowledge relevant to personal finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate complex advice into actionable steps.
• Strong judgment in high-impact client scenarios; CFP, CFA or equivalent credential required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized financial guidance spanning budgeting, investments, retirement strategies, and debt management.
• Review client scenarios to inform AI-assisted financial planning tools.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI systems for advisors and clients.
• Communicate complex financial concepts in a client-centric, easily understandable way.
• Balance immediate needs with long-term planning considerations using sound judgment.
• Ensure guidance reflects up-to-date regulatory compliance and best practices in private wealth.
• Act as a subject matter expert to ensure AI outputs reflect high-quality, thoughtful advice.
