Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. Therapists join as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and full schedule autonomy, enabling focus on high-quality client care while Rula handles the administrative heavy lifting.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit, plus payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims. Telehealth is supported.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth
