Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. Clinicians join as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and full schedule autonomy, handling sessions while Rula manages billing and admin.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session, with biweekly direct deposit and protection for no-shows and denied claims. Providers can work remotely with a WA address; in-person sessions trigger a $20 base-pay increase.

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in Washington state.
