Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT licensed providers can join as 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy and independent control over their caseload.

You will be compensated at $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and protection for no-shows or late cancellations. Rula handles billing, insurance, and admin tasks while you focus on care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LICSW or LMFT.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients.
• Complete session notes and clinical documentation.
• Manage client care within flexible schedule.
