Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. Compensation for LMHCs is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims.

Providers are 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy. In addition to quick credentialing and admin support, Rula offers seamless insurance handling, a private practice-friendly referral system, and a growing therapist

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number is required.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.
