Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington to deliver behavioral health care via telehealth. We work with LMFT, LICSW, and LMHC providers as 1099 contractors, offering complete schedule autonomy with no minimum caseload and full control over availability.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payment every two weeks by direct deposit and protection for no-shows and late cancellations.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Operate as a 1099 contractor with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload.
• Coordinate with Rula support teams for credentialing, billing and admin tasks.
