Rula is expanding its licensed clinician network in Washington, offering telehealth behavioral health sessions to individuals, couples, and families. Providers work as 1099 contractors with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks and protection for no-shows and denied claims. Remote work is supported, with additional bonuses for in-person sessions in WA.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC license in Washington state.
• Valid NPI is required.
• Telehealth capability is required.
• Independent contractor status; no minimum caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth behavioral health sessions (53 minutes) to clients.
• Maintain session notes and clinical documentation.
• Manage your own schedule with full autonomy.
• Rula handles billing, claims, and EHR support; you focus on care.
