Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC/LICSW/LMFT with state licensure.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions as LMHC/LMFT/LICSW.
• Complete notes and treatment planning in the EHR.
• Coordinate with Rula for billing and credentialing.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
