Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians to deliver behavioral health services via telehealth. Providers work as 1099 contractors with complete schedule autonomy, no minimum caseloads, and direct focus on client care while Rula handles billing, EHR, and admin tasks.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed pay every two weeks via direct deposit and protections for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims. Remote work from WA is supported.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.
