Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed behavioral health clinicians delivering telehealth services to individuals, couples and families. Providers work as 1099 contractors with full scheduling autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

Compensation: LMHC hourly sessions at $80 (53 minutes), with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and no-show/late cancellation protections. In-person bonuses apply for office sessions and a robust support system handles billing and claims.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Must be able to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC/LMFT/LICSW telehealth sessions.
• Maintain client notes and treatment records.
