Job summary

Rula is expanding its therapist network and inviting licensed LMFTs, LICSWs and LMHCs to join as 1099 contractors. Therapists provide telehealth services with autonomy over scheduling while Rula handles billing, claims and EHR support.

Washington-licensed clinicians receive $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and no-show protections. Remote work is available across WA and the US.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMFT, LICSW or LMHC licensure with NPI.
• Licensed in Washington state and eligible for telehealth.
• Active credentials and ability to see clients remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients.
• Manage your own schedule with session autonomy.
• Coordinate credentialing and enrollment with insurers.
• Rula handles billing, claims and EHR admin.
