Providers operate as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy, accepting sessions, notes, and billing handled by Rula. The role requires WA licensure, NPI, and telehealth capability, with remote work available from WA/US.

An in-person session bonus is offered where applicable. LMHCs are compensated at $80 per 53-minute session, with biweekly direct deposits and protection for no-shows and denials.
