Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We are looking for LMHCs who are licensed in Washington to join as 1099 contractors. You will deliver telehealth sessions with flexible scheduling and complete autonomy over when you work, serving individuals, couples, and families.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes). We provide guaranteed payments every two weeks via direct deposit, payment protection for no-shows and denials, and onboarding support to

Qualifications

• Licensed LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in Washington.
• Able to provide telehealth.
• 1099 contractor with schedule autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth psychotherapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Complete session notes and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation; Rula handles billing and claims.
• Assist with credentialing and insurance enrollment to expand network.
