Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. We seek LMHCs, LMFTs or LICSWs as 1099 contractors to provide telehealth sessions, with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy. Sessions are paid at $80 per 53-minute slot, with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit.

We handle credentialing, insurance, billing, claims and the EHR so you can focus on delivering high‑quality care. You’ll receive dedicated support, access to a clinician community, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions to individuals, couples or families.
• Maintain session notes and client records in the EHR.
• Coordinate with admin team for insurance and billing matters.
