Job summary

Rula is building a network of licensed clinicians to deliver behavioral health care to individuals, couples, and families. Providers work as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and full schedule autonomy, delivering telehealth sessions from remote locations.

Compensation includes $80 per 53-minute LMHC session, biweekly direct deposit, and payment protection for no-shows, cancellations, and denied claims. Includes comprehensive credentialing support and admin handled by Rula.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• NPI required.
• Must be licensed in Washington (WA).
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions with clients.
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation.
• Participate in credentialing and enrollment processes as needed.
