Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington, offering 1099 contractor roles with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads. You will join as LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT, delivering telehealth therapy and maintaining notes in the EHR.

Compensation is $80 per 53-minute session with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit, plus payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Rula handles insurance, billing, and admin tasks so you can focus on clients.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC therapy sessions via telehealth to clients.
• Maintain accurate session notes in the EHR per policy.
• Handle sessions while Rula manages billing, claims, and admin tasks.
