Job summary

Turing Enterprises, Inc. is seeking Private Equity professionals to collaborate with our researchers to enhance AI model performance in PE topics. You will apply your deal sourcing, due diligence, LBO analysis, and portfolio value creation skills to evaluate and train AI systems. No prior AI experience required.

The role offers fully remote work with flexible hours and competitive hourly compensation, typical around $100+ per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Private Equity experience (buyout funds, growth equity, distressed investing, or PE advisory).
• Strong grasp of LBO modeling, deal evaluation, portfolio company management, and fund economics.
• Excellent English written communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate LLM models on private equity topics (LBO structuring, deal screening, operational value creation, exit strategy analysis).
• Create rubrics to assess model capabilities (IRR, MOIC, due diligence frameworks, portfolio company analysis).

Role Overview:

Turing is looking for Private Equity professionals to work with our researchers to improve the performance of AI models. You will apply your expertise in deal sourcing, due diligence, LBO analysis, and portfolio value creation to evaluate and train AI systems. What Does Day-to-Day Look Like:

• Create rubrics to assess model capabilities on tasks like fund return modeling (IRR, MOIC), due diligence frameworks, and portfolio company analysis.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Private Equity (e.g., buyout funds, growth equity, distressed investing, or PE-focused advisory).
• Strong grasp of LBO modeling, deal evaluation, portfolio company management, and fund economics.
• Excellent English written communication.
