Job summary

Kensington International Executive Search is engaged to identify a Chief Financial Officer for a private equity owned distribution company. The role is remote with extensive travel to the company’s Texas HQ and other field locations.

The ideal candidate will be a senior financial leader with hands-on, operational experience, capable of partnering with the CEO, board and leadership team to drive growth and optimize reporting analytics. This is a retained search.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as CFO or senior financial leader in PE-owned distribution.
• Hands-on, operationally focused finance leadership.
• Experience with inventory management in wholesale distribution.
• Experience partnering with CEO and board to shape company direction.
• Experience integrating acquisitions.
