Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Manager of Privacy Compliance to ensure data is governed in line with policies and regulations. You will work with legal, compliance, data owners, and technology teams to protect sensitive information and support DSR processes globally.

You will help establish governance controls, maintain privacy documentation, and drive continuous improvement through automation and collaboration across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Data Governance, Privacy, Compliance, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting privacy programs and regulatory requirements such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Experience coordinating DSR or privacy operations processes preferred.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks, stewardship practices, and data quality concepts.
• Experience documenting business processes, controls, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with owners, stewards, legal, compliance, and IT to maintain governance controls.
• Coordinate DSR processes across operating units and track metrics.
• Help implement governance and privacy technologies for transparency and audit readiness.
