Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in a related field.
• Professional privacy/governance/compliance certifications are preferred (CIPP/CIPM/CDMP).
• 3-7 years of experience in Data Governance, Privacy, Compliance, Data Management, Information Security, Risk Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting privacy compliance programs and regulatory requirements such as GDPR and CCPA.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of enterprise data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams to maintain governance controls for sensitive data.
• Promote data accountability and stewardship across business functions.
• Coordinate and document Data Subject Rights processes across Operating Units.
