Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Privacy / regulatory compliance Evaluator for contract, fully remote. Based anywhere, compensation $80–$120/hour, English proficiency required, 5+ years in privacy/regulatory roles. You will evaluate AI artifacts and provide feedback to improve outputs.

You will work asynchronously with AI research teams, review documents and slides, and help ensure regulatory standards are met. An advanced degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Privacy / regulatory compliance.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.
• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to enhance AI model outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality evaluations.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and performance.
