Zekai is partnering on a remote Privacy Analyst contract focused on high-sensitivity business data. You will review large datasets for accuracy, ensure PII is properly redacted, and provide actionable feedback to inform AI training processes. Ideal candidates have privacy regulation knowledge and document-review/quality assurance background.

Strong attention to detail and clear written communication are essential. This role is 100% remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience handling large data sets containing PII and sensitive material.
• Strong understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and best practices.
• Background in document review, data quality assurance, or audit projects.
• Hands-on redaction, anonymization, or de-identification experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with high attention to detail.
• Remote work experience; background as a Privacy Analyst, Paralegal, eDiscovery Specialist, or Compliance Analyst is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze extensive business data sets for accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
• Conduct thorough document review with strict adherence to data privacy and PII protocols.
• Identify, flag, and resolve data quality issues, inconsistencies, and anomalies.
• Deliver detailed feedback and recommendations on data findings to inform AI training processes.
• Spot-check already transformed data to verify PII is properly redacted or anonymized, and flag anything missed.
• Ensure compliance with all established data privacy and security guidelines throughout project deliverables.
