Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Privacy / regulatory compliance Evaluator for a remote contract role. You will assess AI-generated artifacts against quality rubrics and provide structured feedback to improve model outputs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in privacy/regulatory compliance, native or professional English, and strong MS Office/Google Workspace skills (Slides). Advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Privacy / regulatory compliance.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to enhance AI model outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality evaluations.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and performance.
