Job summary

Neolytix is seeking a Healthcare Associate for a remote, full-time role with a fixed schedule (9 PM–6 AM PHT). The candidate should already know the prior authorization world and be able to step in immediately within a healthcare BPO, hospital, clinic, payer-services team, or revenue cycle department.

You will own the authorization lifecycle, submit requests through payer portals, collect and validate documentation, manage follow-up and deadlines, and support denials or appeals as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in prior authorizations within healthcare (e.g., BPO, hospital, clinic, payer-services, or revenue cycle)

Responsibilities

• Submit authorization requests through payer portals and track to resolution.
• Collect and validate clinical documentation and patient information for each request.
• Manage payer follow-up, status tracking, escalations, and deadlines.
• Support peer-to-peer reviews, denials, reconsiderations, and appeals when needed.
