Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited school.
• Active pharmacist license in Pennsylvania or eligibility.
• 1–3 years managed care/pharmacist experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical reviews for PA, step therapy, and quantity limits.
• Evaluate requests against clinical criteria and policies.
• Participate in calls with internal/external stakeholders on exceptions.
• Participate in pharmacy appeals and representation at hearings.
• Contribute to operational initiatives as needed.
