Pharmacy Careers is seeking a Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacist to join a fully remote team. You will review medication requests from home, apply evidence-based criteria, and help patients get therapies with a predictable schedule.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy required.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. pharmacist license.

What You'll Bring
