Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in threat intelligence across ransomware, nation-state, cybercrime, supply-chain/3rd party risks, cloud, mobile, dark web, offensive security & insider threats.
• Advanced understanding of adversary attack lifecycle, TTPs and high-fidelity IOC.
• Experience with data-analysis tools such as passive DNS, network infrastructure and host-based information.
• Proven communicator and collaborator with success in building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead tasks independently and drive process improvement.
• Proven problem-solver in complex, ambiguous situations with drive to overcome obstacles.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in collecting and analyzing threat intelligence data across cyberthreat categories relevant to financial services.
• Document and communicate emerging threats, trends and potential impact in a timely manner.
• Translate threat intelligence into multiple formats for internal and external partners.
• Map new findings into threat intelligence repositories.
• Investigate adversary actions using MITRE ATT&CK and the Diamond Model.
• Conduct deep analysis using internal telemetry and open-source datasets.
• Perform quick-turnaround threat analysis for high-visibility research and urgent requests.
• Serve as internal SME for threats related to financial services.
• Demonstrate thought leadership across Unit 42 and the industry.
• Foster collaboration across teams and partner organizations.
