Qualifications

• Graduate degree in biostatistics or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in clinical trials; ability to lead multiple projects.
• Proficiency in R programming.
• Strong knowledge of statistical design and regulatory guidelines.
• Experience with regulatory submissions preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a statistical department resource, mentors biostatisticians and oversees training materials.
• Directs activities of other biostatistics personnel on projects to ensure timely, high-quality work.
• Provides support across all statistical tasks during the lifecycle of the project, from protocol to CSR.
• Prepares or oversees SAP development, including mock-up displays for tables, listings and figures.
• May lead as Lead Biostatistician for protocol statistics and CSR input.
• Creates/reviews programming specs for datasets, tables, listings, and figures.
• Reviews CRFs, database design and study documentation to support data capture and analysis.
• Interacts with project teams and ensures compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Manages project timelines, communicates progress, and escalates as needed.
• Provides statistical programming support and may participate in DSMB/DMC activities.
