Qualifications

• 7+ years in provider contracting, provider network management, healthcare operations, or related strategy roles.
• 3+ years of project, program, or people leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of provider network operations and payer-provider relationships in Medicare Advantage/Medicaid.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct execution authority.
• Experience using data/analytics for executive decision-making.
• Proven ability to communicate with senior leaders and executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Must reside within Central or Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise strategy for provider network transition and disruption management.
• Serve as enterprise lead for provider termination and transition programs.
• Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Identify risks and opportunities, advising leadership on readiness and prioritization.
• Drive initiatives to improve provider and member experiences during transitions.
• Facilitate governance and decision-making related to provider network transitions.
• Develop enterprise visibility through reporting and executive communications.
• Use data to evaluate downstream impacts on retention, access, and performance.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to simplify processes and strengthen capabilities.
• Influence leaders to drive accountability without direct ownership.
