Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of procurement management experience.
• Construction project and capital equipment procurement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies and plans with Offer and Project Teams.
• Identify demand and establish supplier communication channels.
• Prepare RFx processes and define sourcing strategies for suppliers and services.
• Lead contract preparation and purchasing processes; negotiate pricing and terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Support Accounts Payables in resolving discrepancies between invoices and POs.
