Job summary

PTC is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead consulting teams across industries, driving value and on-time delivery using ALM/PLM technologies. The role collaborates with Architects and Consultants, coordinating internal resources and vendors to ensure project success.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of customer-facing PM experience in manufacturing software deployments, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Remote-USA work is supported; US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

8+ years of customer-facing project management experience in configuring and deploying software solutions for manufacturing industries
Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
Strong leadership, escalation management and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with project management software tools and methodologies Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM
Bachelor's degree
US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure value, quality, and on-time delivery of defined scope
Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of multiple projects
Communicate project status regularly to stakeholders
Perform risk management to mitigate potential risks
Develop and manage detailed project plans to monitor progress
Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs using formal change management processes
