Job summary

Delinea’s Cybersecurity organization seeks a Principal Product Security Engineer to lead security strategy and execution for our product security program. You will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Development, DevOps, and Cloud teams to balance security with business goals and articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Twelve+ years in cybersecurity with at least seven in a Product Security role, including security architecture and threat modeling.
• Strong knowledge of current product security threats and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide security leadership across Delinea's product offerings and act as a security thought leader.
• Define future state and multi-year roadmaps for the security program.
• Influence security architecture and strategy in product roadmaps.
• Advise on secure design of Delinea products and services using best practices.
• Conduct end-to-end security architecture reviews and leverage AI to enhance coverage.
• Perform threat modeling and document product risks and designs.
• Contribute to expanding the S-SDL program and security standards.
• Keep up-to-date with threat landscape and regulatory requirements.
• Develop baseline cloud, container, app, and infrastructure security standards for CI/CD.
• Automate security operations and respond to incidents; mentor team members.
