Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of systems architecture leadership and technical direction.
• CISSP or CISM certifications required or preferred.
• Experience designing enterprise cybersecurity architectures for federal customers.
• Knowledge of PQC standards and crypto-agility.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with executives.
• Experience collaborating with US government stakeholders on cybersecurity programs.
• Ability to translate federal policy (NIST, CISA) into technical requirements.
• Experience with PKI, key management and certificate lifecycle.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, cloud security and multi-cloud environments.
• Proven track record in developing enterprise security architecture requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor a team of senior systems architects and engineers.
• Advise workload distribution and staffing for the systems team.
• Shape PQC migration strategy compliant with NIST CNSA 2.0.
• Conduct cryptographic inventory and risk assessment for quantum threats.
• Establish crypto‑agility standards across classical and post‑quantum algorithms.
• Advise on hybrid classical/PQC implementations during migration.
• Evaluate PQC algorithms for enterprise use cases and constraints.
• Gather enterprise requirements with federal stakeholders.
• Produce designs for software, hardware and communications architectures.
• Develop policy aligned with NIST, CISA maturity models and Zero Trust.
• Coordinate with government and contractor teams on path forward.
• Prepare briefings and written deliverables showing risk reduction and value.
