Ensono is seeking a Principal Project Manager (Consultant) for Delivery Management. This remote role in the United States focuses on leading large, complex programs across the full software lifecycle, shaping strategy, and delivering measurable outcomes for senior client stakeholders.

You will guide delivery methodology, governance, budgeting, and risk management while developing talent and contributing to presales and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• 10+ years leading enterprise technology delivery programs or digital transformations.
• Experience delivering cloud transformation and enterprise platform initiatives.
• Strong SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, release readiness expertise.
• Expertise in Agile and traditional delivery frameworks with appropriate mix.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Atlassian products; Smartsheet desired.
• Budget management, forecasting, profitability and commercial performance.
• Experience with Fixed Price, Time & Materials, and Managed Services engagements.
• Strong risk, dependency and governance capabilities.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence.

• Mentor Delivery Management teams and promote continuous improvement.
• Explore AI-enabled delivery tools to improve efficiency and collaboration.
