Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience as an enterprise platform architect with focus on CMDB.
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integration Hub.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot platform issues and resolve faults caused by technology interdependencies.
Design scalable and secure solutions for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules.
Oversee platform enhancements and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
Experience with secure access architectures using Oracle Access Manager
Experience with F5 BIG-IP for load balancing
Experience supporting application flows
Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and cloud environments
Troubleshooting complex distributed systems
Infrastructure automation with Terraform and Ansible
CI/CD pipelines development using Jenkins and GitHub
Collaboration across teams for stability and modernization
Education
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of experience
