Qualifications

• MD/MBBS/MD-PhD with Board Certification in Neurology and pharma/biotech R&D experience.
• Experience leading global CD plans and regulatory interactions (FDA/EMA).
• Strong understanding of Phase II–III drug development and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead CD strategy and plans for Neuroscience portfolio with independent leadership.
• Interface with health authorities and internal stakeholders for regulatory readiness.
• Mentor physicians and scientists; oversee cross-functional teams across programs.
• Oversee end-to-end development strategies and ensure regulatory alignment.
