Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Master’s Degree, preferred.
• VMWare, preferred.
• MCP, preferred.
• Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA), preferred.
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MSCA), preferred.
• Enterprise Hypervisor, preferred.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, preferred.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), preferred.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect, preferred.
• Google Professional Cloud Architect, preferred.
• MCSE, preferred.
• PMP-PMI, preferred.
• ITIL, preferred.
• Advanced understanding of Redhat Linux, Cloud AWS/Azure, Virtualization, Server hardware, and security concepts.
• Excellent knowledge of network hardware and security.
• Disaster recovery and security strategy expertise.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and documentation of scalable enterprise infrastructure solutions across ship and shore locations.
• Mentor engineers and architects; ensure designs comply with policies.
• Oversee operations, vendor relationships, and disaster recovery planning.
• Drive automation, monitoring, and cost optimization across platforms.
• Lead architecture reviews and governance with CAB, PRRB, ATR.
• Provide guidance to project teams and mitigate risks.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and roadmaps.
