Insight Global is seeking a Principal Fullstack Software Engineer to design and implement scalable Java-based solutions. You will create proof of concepts, guide deployment planning, and assign tasks across the team, while leading cloud migrations to OpenShift, AWS, or Azure.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer.
• Expert-level Java & Springboot (Version 17.0+)
• Strong Angular experience version 16.0+ (30%+ of their time in full-stack)
• Knows how to share data between angular components.
• Strong architectural experience, including creating proof of concepts, technical diagrams, and solution designs.
• Hands on Experience with migrating Java Applications to cloud platforms (OpenShift, AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Ability to lead and delegate tasks, plan deployments, and guide team execution.
• Proficiency in RESTful services and Microservice Architecture.
• Ability to create agents on Github, Plan out tasks, created MD files.
• Experience upgrading angular versions.
• Willingness to learn AI technologies and emerging services.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of scalable Java-based solutions.
• Create proof of concepts and architect deployments.
• Guide the team through deployment planning and task assignment.
• Drive cloud migration from Java to OpenShift, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
