Job summary

PadSplit is seeking a Principal Financial Services Engineer to lead the technical design of the financial infrastructure. This fully remote position involves defining the architecture of complex financial systems while working closely with engineering, product, and finance teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building financial systems and a strong technical background.

Competitive compensation is offered, with a salary range between $220,000 and $255,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision plans, and an unlimited PTO policy.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and scaling payment systems and fintech infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in Python and Django for backend services.
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and React in web applications.
