Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Principal, Data Center Supply Chain Lead to own multi-year sourcing and category strategy for data center construction and equipment, with a focus on long-lead infrastructure. Remote within US.

You will partner with cross-functional teams across procurement and construction lifecycle, negotiate with vendors, drive compliance, risk management, and cost reduction on complex projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years supply chain experience, or 8+ years with a Master's.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.
• Proven track record in developing multi-year category strategies for high-spend areas.
• Recognized as a lead negotiator with hands-on contract negotiation experience.
• Experience implementing process and policy standards to mitigate business risks.
• 3+ years of informal leadership experience driving cross-functional consensus.
• Skilled in data analysis and risk modeling in supply chain contexts.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year sourcing and category strategy for data center construction and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the procurement and construction lifecycle.
• Manage procurement of long-lead data center infrastructure equipment.
• Lead contracting strategies and negotiations with key contractors and vendors.
• Drive compliance and set procurement standards across construction projects.
• Identify long-term cost reduction opportunities and lead initiatives for realization.
• Oversee supplier performance management and ensure data governance is up to date.
