Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer - Principal to provide technical leadership for the Cyber Security Department. The role covers provisioning, supporting, and maintaining cybersecurity platforms, applications, and services aligned with the enterprise strategy.

Ideal candidates bring deep cryptography expertise, extensive security technology experience, and the ability to drive design and deployment of secure solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related cybersecurity experience.
• 8+ years of production support and design of Cyber Security technologies.
• 8+ years of operational experience with security technologies.
• 8+ years of implementing or utilizing technology lifecycles and best practices.
• 1+ years of experience in the implementation of cyber security tools (hardware and software).
• 1+ years of experience in participating and leading projects and implementing new technologies and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, implementation, and delivery of Post Quantum Cryptographic solutions and systems.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise within the cryptography space (FIPS 203-205, FALCON, and NIST IR 8547) including network, systems, software, APIs, and mainframe knowledge.
• Develop and maintain cyber security solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
