Job summary

Intone Networks Inc. is a remote 6-month contract position for a Principal BI Developer. This role focuses on designing and delivering enterprise BI solutions and analytics across clinical, operational, and financial domains.

You will lead Tableau dashboards, complex SQL queries, ETL processes, and work with Epic Clarity and other healthcare data sources. Strong communication and leadership are essential to guide analysts and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in BI, reporting, analytics, data engineering, or related field.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex queries, stored procedures, ETL.
• Experience designing dashboards/reports with Tableau.
• Experience with Epic Clarity or similar healthcare data sources.
• Experience supporting clinical, operational, or financial reporting.
• Strong data modeling, integration, quality, and reporting architecture.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Strong communication to tech and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Leadership in BI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise dashboards and reports using Tableau
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, data transformations, and ETL processes
• Work with Epic Clarity and other complex healthcare data sources
• Support clinical, operational, and financial reporting and analytics initiatives
• Lead complex business intelligence initiatives and provide technical direction to team members
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Present technical information clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
