enGen is seeking a visionary Principal Architect to shape and drive architecture across multiple domains. You will mentor a team of architects, influence senior stakeholders, and establish standards and policies for complex solutions.

Responsibilities include evaluating new technologies, documenting architectures, and guiding strategic decisions to ensure alignment with business goals and capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Architecture, design, and implementation of complex systems and solutions.
• Lead the development and articulation of architecture strategy with best practices and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence decisions on complex architectural solutions.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation for clarity and consistency.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and articulation of complex architecture vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization, influencing decision-making and ensuring alignment on complex architectural solutions.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies and solutions, ensuring they meet evolving needs; maintain architectural documentation.
• Mitigate risks and champion architectural best practices; contribute to organizational standards and policies.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
