Job summary
ERC Pathlight is seeking a Virtual Primary Therapist to join our remote team. You will conduct individual, group, and family therapy with adults and youths via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, developing personalized treatment plans and coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements include a graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work and an independent license. You’ll work 40 hours weekly with flexible evenings, contributing to high-quality mental health
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field.
- Must hold an independent mental health license as required by state.
- Experience managing a significant individual and/or family caseload.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group and family therapy via HIPAA-compliant telehealth.
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans with interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, aftercare.
- Coordinate care with outpatient providers and participate in team meetings.
