Job summary

K Health is seeking full-time Primary Care Physicians to provide fully remote, video-based primary care across preventive, sick, and chronic care. You will manage a patient panel, refer to specialists when needed, and participate in population health efforts, all from home in a US-wide remote setting.

Ideal candidates hold board certification in Family or Internal Medicine, active NJ/NY/TX/WI/MN/IA or IMLC license, and EPIC EMR experience.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in NJ, NY, TX, WI, MN, or IA or hold an active IMLC license.
• Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine.
• 1+ year of post-residency experience in an in-person primary care setting.
• Experience with virtual visits and remote care delivery.
• Must have prior EPIC EMR experience.
• Willing to commit 40 hours per week with 36 clinical hours.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• Authorized to work in the United States and work remotely from anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventive, acute, and chronic care in a fully remote setting.
• Deliver video-based, comprehensive clinical care with compassionate patient encounters.
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician.
• Refer patients to specialists or acute care when indicated.
• Participate in population health initiatives for risk-attributed patients.
• Support post-discharge patients to improve understanding of treatment plans.
• Maintain adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices.
