Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) Primary Care seeks an experienced, tech-savvy Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Virtual Care team on a per-diem basis. Provide high-quality, convenient virtual care across multiple practices and regions with the flexibility to choose shifts.

Work 100% remote from home with a minimum of two shifts per calendar month, including evenings or weekends. Requires MA NP/PA license, DEA & MCSR registrations, and board certification; Epic EHR experience

Qualifications

• Required: Master’s degree (MSN/DNP or PA program).
• Required: active MA NP/PA license; DEA & MCSR registrations.
• Board certification in corresponding profession (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).

Responsibilities

• Urgent & Acute Care encounters.
• Behavioral Health visits & follow-ups.
• Chronic Disease Management.
• Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) & Annual Exams.
• Transitional Care Management (TCM).
• EHR Documentation in Epic.
