Job summary

Providence Medical Group is seeking an experienced Primary Care NP or PA to join the Bridge Team in Oregon. This role provides virtual direct patient care to patients awaiting a new PCP and supports continuity across Providence clinics.

You’ll work within an integrated care model with a broad range of clinical needs and a collaborative team, with travel for training as needed. The position is 0.8 FTE, remote/virtual, and requires living near the Portland metro area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-graduate primary care experience
• 5+ years primary care experience preferred
• Comfortable caring for a broad range of primary care needs
• Strong clinical judgment in collaborative care model

Responsibilities
