Providence Medical Group is seeking an experienced Primary Care NP or PA to join the Bridge Team in Oregon. This part-time, 0.8 FTE role offers remote/virtual direct patient care and occasional Portland travel for meetings.
You’ll support patient access and continuity of care across Providence primary care teams. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of post-graduate primary care experience, strong clinical judgment, and comfort delivering care virtually.
Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our Bridge Team, an innovative group of clinicians focused on expanding patient access and supporting our primary care teams throughout Oregon.
Bridge Team providers help bridge the gap in care for patients who are waiting to establish with a new primary care provider, providing support from the time their new patient appointment is scheduled until they transition to their new PCP.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced primary care clinician who enjoys variety, values team-based care and is comfortable adapting to changing patient and clinic needs. You'll work within an integrated care model that includes physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health, registered nurses, and a dedicated operational support team.
The Bridge Team offers a different approach to primary care practice. Instead of building and maintaining your own traditional panel, you'll help increase access, support established clinic teams, and step into areas where your clinical expertise can have an immediate impact.
For a clinician who values flexibility, variety, virtual care, and collaborative practice, this role offers an opportunity to remain closely connected to patient care while working within a broader team-based model.
